Return & Exchange Policy for SAJ

At SAJ, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item, and we are happy to accommodate this. Please read our policy below for more information on how our exchange process works.

1. Exchange Timeframe

  • We offer exchanges within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. After this period, exchanges will no longer be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) must be included.
  • The item must not have been altered (e.g., resized, engraved, etc.).
  • Custom or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for exchange.

3. How to Exchange Your Item

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at waqas.saj@gmail.com or call 03335333146. Be sure to include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Our team will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Once the return is approved, please securely package the jewelry in its original packaging (if available) to prevent any damage during shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Exchanges Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.
  • If the item you are exchanging for is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is of a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and offer you an exchange for the same or a similar item.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces).
  • Final sale items or items purchased using store credits or gift cards.
